Recent studies highlight the role of social media identity bubbles in fostering addiction, leading to psychological distress and decreased well-being19. To avoid digital addiction,  awareness and monitoring of screen time are crucial.  Effective interventions include cognitive behavioral therapy and exercise, which have shown positive outcomes in reducing addiction symptoms.  Engaging in offline activities and building social connections can also help mitigate the risks associated with excessive digital use.  Early intervention is key to preventing long-term negative impacts.   I just started my blog and already found something interesting to share. Recently, I’ve been getting these scam messages, and I know others have too. Here’s what makes them stand out: Instagram Account with 0 Followers & Posts : The sender’s account looks sketchy, with no activity. Suspicious Website URL : The link often leads to crypto-related sites promising huge profits. Unbelievable Profit Claims : This one claimed $2.6 million in profit—too good to be true. Excessive Details : The message includes account balances, usernames, and passwords to seem more convincing. Tactics to Make It Sound Real : They even say, “Do not disclose your security code to avoid asset loss,” to trick you into trusting them. No Requests, Just Info : The message gives all the details upfront—another red flag. Never click on suspicious links or share personal information with unsolicited messages!
